just pinned | 2

red pants | red ribbon | red makeup
moet packaging | french bulldog | confetti brush tutorial
carrots | green monster smoothie | 1 minute frozen yogurt

I don't know if it's the Valentine's cards I've seen popping up (already?!) or if I just have some leftover holiday festivity in me, but it seems that my pins this week have had a decidedly rosy palette. Once I make it through my self-imposed shopping ban, I will definitely make an attempt to add more red to my wardrobe. In the meantime, I can keep myself entertained with cute puppies, photoshop tutorials, and improving my eating habits. Don't forget to follow me to see more of my pins!

5 things | for organization on the go

Poppin Lime Green Signature Ballpoints | $12

Poppin White Medium Soft Cover Notebook with Gold Initial | $9

Kamoi Kakoshi for Top Hat Tape | $4

J.Crew Girl's Glitter School Folder | $38

ASOS Mini Tote Bag with Tassel Detail | $44

Anyone who knows me well knows that I'm kind of obsessed when it comes to being organized with my schedules and plans (sometimes more obsessed than I am with actually following through with those schedules and plans!). As much as I can appreciate the convenience of using apps for all my lists and calendars, I've always found that I keep track of everything much better if I actually write it down.

Of course, I'm determined to be more organized than ever in 2013 - and I definitely need some help with keeping the contents of my roomy totes in check. I'm thinking a cute monogrammed notebook for quick lists, ideas, and sketches (made with these bright and happy pens!), washi tape to mark the important pages, and a glittery folder to brighten up any mundane loose-leaf papers. Automatic upgrade!

sketch | a new mantra for 2013

Whether or not these Gorillaz lyrics were meant as life advice, I'm convinced that they're the perfect approach to help me achieve and embrace more-ness this year. After spending a lot of time being unsure of what I want to do with my life, it's pretty wonderful to finally have direction, drive, and a clear goal - and I won't stop until I get it (get it).
